Privacy

This covers noirwire.com, the site you are reading. The app at app.noirwire.com is a separate site and explains its own data handling in its settings. What follows is the whole of it.

In effect 1 October 2026

Joining the email list

The form has one field, your email address. Here is everything the row we write holds. The three after the email come off the request itself, so you are never asked for them.

Email address
So we can send you product updates, and once ask what you invest in today. It is the reason the list exists.
Country
A two-letter code our network provider attaches to the request. Tokenized stock trackers are not available everywhere, so it tells us which markets our list is actually in.
IP address
The address your request came from, as our host reports it. We keep it for abuse and duplicate-signup handling.
Time of signup
The timestamp on the row.

The wallet reader

Paste a Solana address into the reader on the private investing page and it is sent to a public Solana data service, which returns the balances that address already publishes. The token mint addresses in the response go to Jupiter's public token API to turn them into names.

The address is not written to our database, not attached to your email, and not logged by us. It exists for the length of the request and then it is gone. That is the whole point of the tool: everything it shows you was already public before you pasted it.

Analytics

We run Umami on our own server rather than a third-party analytics network. It sets no cookies and builds no cross-site profile. It records page views with the referring site, and coarse details of the visit: country, browser, operating system, device type, screen size.

It also records five events by name: joining the email list, running the wallet reader, opening our X profile, opening our Telegram group, and opening the app. The three link clicks also record which part of the site the link was on, such as the top bar or the footer. None of it carries your email or the address you pasted.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, the tracker does not run at all.

Who else touches it

We use these companies to run the site. They process data on our instructions and nothing is sold to anyone.

Vercel
Hosts the site and serves every request.
Supabase
Runs the database the email list is stored in.
Railway
Hosts our analytics server.
A public Solana data service and Jupiter
Receive an address only when you use the wallet reader, and only for as long as that lookup takes.

How long we keep it

These rows stay until you ask us to delete them, or until we retire the list, whichever comes first. Ask and it goes, in full, including the IP address and country code stored beside your email.

Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to an identity we could look you up by.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to get a copy of it, and to object to us processing it. You can complain to your national data protection authority.

Our legal basis for the email list is your consent, given by submitting the form. Withdrawing it is one email, or the unsubscribe link on anything we send.

We do not use automated decision-making, and we do not send your data outside the arrangements our providers already publish.

Children

The site is not aimed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly keep their data.

Changes

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is material and we have your email, we will tell you rather than quietly editing the page.

Asking us anything

NoirWire decides what is collected here and is responsible for it. Write to ph1l1ph@proton.me to see what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. No form, no account needed.
